Padoc Area Scholars Society USA PASS, a St. Paul, MN, 501c3 nonprofit, gives 419 scholars a future: full tuition, a living stipend for the academic year, mentorship and the stability to focus on learning instead of survival. Students from every tribe, every state, and every refugee camp are eligible to apply. When you give to PASS, a student stays housed, fed, and in school, one step closer to the life they've earned.
