Information from the organizationThe Siseebakwet Lake Association mission is to preserve the water and land environment of the water shed district; this is accomplished by monitoring the lake quality, providing education and organizing members to provide labor to accomplish environmental projects. The SLA accomplishes these goals by provided educational speakers and handouts on best shoreline practices, septic system maintenance, Aquatic Invasive Species (AIS), AIS inspectors at the public boat landing, and lake water samples.
